I went through the 14 invoices from last week. Most of it looked normal but I noticed three things that I think you should have a look at:
1. Switching to McCain shoestring fries would save ~$7,200 per year
You're buying 30-40 cases a week of shoestring fries from your broadliner. I saw the new McCain product launched at your second distributor and it looks like it would save you $0.15/lb, which is significant across your 3 locations - $7,200/year savings potential here.

2. Roma tomatoes are up 41% - buying them from your second distributor would save ~$2,800 per year
Your Romas went from $30.10 to $42.40 a case on Thursday's invoice. At 5 cases a week across the 3 locations that's ~$3,200/year more. The same 25 lb Roma case was $31.80 on your second distributor's invoice that same week, so moving them saves ~$2,800/year.

Your purchase data stays yours
Your order data is used to find your deals and nothing else. Manufacturers see redemption on their own offers, never your full purchase history. Encrypted at rest and in transit.
Does this change who I buy from?No. You keep your distributor, your reps and your order guide. We read the orders that already flow through your distributor portal.
What does it cost operators?Nothing. It is free to join. Manufacturers fund the deals and pay to run their offers on the marketplace.
How fast do I get paid?Claims are filed as soon as an order is matched and paid by ACH on the manufacturer’s cycle - no forms, no waiting on mail.
Do I have to be in a buying group?No. Offers on the marketplace are open to independents and small groups, not only GPO members.
What if I already work with a rebate program?You can still use the marketplace to see what else exists. We will flag any offer that overlaps with a program you are already enrolled in.
How do I know it is worth my time?Once your portal is connected we come back with your actual category spend - for example, 34% of your food cost sitting in beef - and the specific deals against it. You see the number before you commit to anything.
